SHIPPING
All domestic orders ship via UPS from our headquarters in Tampa, FL. We currently offer three shipping methods: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
Free ground shipping is offered on all orders in the continental United States and applies to ground shipping only. International does not qualify. If you choose 2 Day or Overnight Shipping, regular charges will apply. Please note, at this time we do not offer weekend delivery on express shipping options. To participate, simply add merchandise to your shopping cart and select Free Ground Shipping at checkout to receive the free shipping option.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.
EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME
All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12 pm EST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
DO YOU OFFER SIGNATURE-REQUIRED SHIPMENT DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING OR BOXES?
