AS FEATURED IN FORBES MAGAZINE "TOP FIVE STYLE STAPLES"

At home activities

Hello Soultribe!

With our quarantine flow slowly falling into place, we thought it would be fun to share a few tips you can use to keep your days productive, happy and healthy! Routine is absolutely best, even when you may not have anything to do, or anywhere to go. One thing that could help you maintain a routine, that is good for your mind and body, is the Bedtime app, on iPhone. This allows you to set a consistent wake-up time, and bedtime. 45 minutes before your bedtime, your phone will automatically turn on Do Not Disturb Mode, this is a great way to mentally clock out, and prepare your mind for a good nights rest.

However, productivity and healthy activities during the day, are just as important as sleep. If you have kids, take advantage of their games that they may have, such as Just Dance or other active games, which can help keep you and them in shape and promote some good family bonding! If not, you can still be active, and do some in-home workouts, to keep your body moving.

Check out our TikTok every Wednesday, for new quick new workouts and our Instagram stories daily, for some motivation. We are also hosting a yoga challenge on our Instagram, from the 15th to the 30th of April, with our founder and in-house yoga instructor, Christina. We’d love for you to join us and share your yoga journey with us. Our challenge can be done by every, regardless of skill level, so join in with your family, friends or solo. We got your back.

Asides from fitness, you can improve your skillset, by learning healthy new recipes. Cooking is a fun, creative process, and what better time to indulge in tasty treats, than now? Check out some healthy recipes here

Lastly, if you’re starting to feel a little jittery at home, redecorate your space. This could create a refreshing vibe and make your space feel brand new. Move around some furniture, redecorate the walls, and refresh your mind. We hope these tips help and feel free to share any videos or pictures with us on our Instagram using the hashtag #Soultribe.
